Tessa has had a loose tooth for a while and she had a dentist appointment the day before we left for St. George. The dentist told her that "if she sneezes that tooth may fly out." But she wouldn't let us pull it out before we left, and it also didn't seem quite ready.
But as we were eating at a restaurant, she ate a chip, and it began to bleed slightly. She was very excited that her tooth was coming out! We waited until we were back to Aunt Jolene's before we pulled it out...to avoid the blood at the restaurant.
We pulled it out once we were there, and she couldn't have been more excited. She knew the tooth fairy would find her in St. George, which she did, and left her a whole dollar! (Must be because of inflation, because I only got a quarter.)
