Josh usually does something fancy...like Harry Potter, or Jesus, or Marilyn Monroe, but this year he just didn't feel like it. So we all just did regular old jack-o-lanterns...which is ok...it's still fun.
And here is our family on Halloween Night. We celebrated Halloween on the 30th, but we carved pumpkins on the 31st. We thought it was a fun family thing to do together.
Pumpkin seeds!I know it's late for this, but remember THIS post. Well we have been moved in for a year now, and I have my pumpkin seek recipe from Sally once more! It's the best pumpkin seed recipe ever. In fact it's labled "Sally's Magical Pumpkin Seeds" in my recipe book. :)
Boil seeds in salt water for 15 minutes, and dry on paper towel over night.
Mix: 3T melted butter
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1 t salt
Mix in dry seeds.
Dump onto a cookie sheet.
Bake at 250 for 2 hours, mixing periodically.
