Rewind to Halloween

I never did get our pumpkin carving blogged. So here it all is!

Josh usually does something fancy...like Harry Potter, or Jesus, or Marilyn Monroe, but this year he just didn't feel like it. So we all just did regular old jack-o-lanterns...which is ok...it's still fun.

Here they all are.
And here is our family on Halloween Night. We celebrated Halloween on the 30th, but we carved pumpkins on the 31st. We thought it was a fun family thing to do together.
Pumpkin seeds!
I know it's late for this, but remember THIS post. Well we have been moved in for a year now, and I have my pumpkin seek recipe from Sally once more! It's the best pumpkin seed recipe ever. In fact it's labled "Sally's Magical Pumpkin Seeds" in my recipe book. :)

Boil seeds in salt water for 15 minutes, and dry on paper towel over night.

Mix: 3T melted butter
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1 t salt

Mix in dry seeds.

Dump onto a cookie sheet.
Bake at 250 for 2 hours, mixing periodically.

And here are the girls in their cute matching outfits from "Aunt Tanzee," a really good friend of mine.
