We got a Christmas Tree today. I love this family tradition...it's so much funner than getting a box from storage with a tree in it. :)
The snow was SO deep. It was up to my waist in places. But it was fun to play in!
And poor little Edgar. He wanted to be with us so bad! He wasn't content staying behind with the kids. He had to go where Josh and I went...which meant walking in snow three times deeper than he is tall....and that was after we made foot prints in it. He was COVERED in snow balls stuck to his hair when we were done. He's a trooper! But he had fun.
We got a tree!
The kids went sledding with the other kids and their Grandparents while we looked for a tree. They had a lot of fun so I hear. (We didn't go far away or anything, but we were just on the other side of the road, and didn't see the sledding.) And Tessa made a snow angel. She thought that was pretty awesome! 
On the way home...poor little Edgar was so cold and wet! He dripped all over my parents, and then jumped up on the dash to sit by the heater. It was pretty funny. He is the awesomest dog ever.
Josh and the girls...yes Tessa is wearing the stockings. She thinks that is what Santa is going to do with them when he comes.

This afternoon I told the girls that I got a letter from Santa. He said that he was going to be keeping a special eye on us today to see if we are good. He was going to be sending his elves to spy on us. If we were really good then he had a very special surprise for us. When we saw this deer in the park behind our house we KNEW it was proof that Santa had sent an elf to watch us. And about an hour after that the doorbell rang. We checked and an elf had left a package in the door! He left a little people Nativity! Wow! Just what the girls wanted!!! They were so thrilled. You should have heard the screaming and giggling!

Cute Christmas Tree and I love the Nativity Set. Where did you get it?
Um, Santa brought it of course! lol. But I think you can also find them in the fisher price online catalog. They have them at stores, but not the same one that lights up and sings. So if you want that one you have to order it straight from fisher price.
why didn't you guys have one of our family members take a picture of your family? oh i get it you don't want any pics of you Necha you just want to take them. or you could have had your dad take one.
