Tessa helped me with dinner tonight. She has never "helped" before, except once when we made cookies. But she really wanted in on the action. She REALLY wanted to do the chopping, but I made her stick to juicing the lemons.
She did pretty good too. She even twisted the lemon.
And then of course she had to taste it to make sure it was okay!
And here she is deciding what to do with the scallions.
She kept making a "bitter face" but she still kept putting it in her mouth.
