My little brother Joseph has been in Singapore for the last 6 months doing a study abroad program for a semester. After he finished his semester he traveled around Europe, visiting several countries, including seeing our other brother Ben in Germany who is there in the military. But he finally got home on June 18th! He came to see us first thing in the morning. I had only been out of bed for 20 min. It was so fun to see him though!
He had lots of stories to tell us. He traveled around Singapore's surrounding countries on the weekends, and did amazing things, like swim with the elephants.
First thing he did was read a book to the girls. Then we got the globe out so he could show the girls all of the countries he went to.
Then there was a lot of rough housing.
We are so glad to have him back. I think it's awesome that he has been able to travel the world while he is still young a single. There should be a law that we all have to do that before we settle down, because after the kids come along its a million times harder! ;)
