On the day before Father's Day we had a big back yard BBQ at our house. My dad was there, and some of my brothers. Doreen's parents, Grandma and Grandpa Coles, were able to make it. It was just a really relaxing, fun outdoor BBQ.

After the dinner we had a gift for Dad...a propane charcoal grill for all of those camping trips with fire restrictions!
On "real Father's Day" we made the father of our home feel pretty special. He got breakfast in bed, and was smothered with gifts (some of them hand made) and lots of love. And he received more candy bars than he could ever eat, and so he shared. :)
I am so grateful for my husband, my dad, my father in law, and the wonderful fathers around me.
