Now what did I do?

Hey will someone e-mail me and let me know if you CAN'T leave comments. I was messing around with my settings and I don't know how to fix it now. Cynthia told me that she couldn't leave comments, so I tried to fix it...but you never know with me! I'm not all that computer literate!
