We had a very busy Christmas Eve. Josh and I weren't feeling too well, and the girls wanted to do some fun stuff, so we called my brother Joseph to see if he would come take the girls sledding. He was more than willing! They had a great time.
Later that evening we had a Platt family party at the church. We had dinner, and played bingo, and acted out the nativity with the kids. I played the piano and we sang carols along with the nativity.
It never fails, whenever we do our nativity one of the kids finds some random object back stage. This year it was a 24 year old kid who found a disco ball and used it for the star.
After the party we went home and got ready for Santa. We sprinkled our reindeer food...

and went to bed!
And Santa Came!
