I told Josh this year for Christmas what a wanted was a new kitchen floor. Our kitchen is carpeted, and the carpet in the kitchen part of the kitchen (rather than the dinning room part) was a flat, nasty, brown, 80's carpet. It needed to go! So Josh said, "Well if we are going to do that we might as well paint the cabinets too." -I wasn't going to argue with that! So we got to work.

I love it! I absolutely love the new floor.
Its fresh and new, and I no longer feel grossed out by my kitchen. ;)
Our next project will be removing the wallpaper! We are seriously cursed with old lady wallpaper in every house we live in.
